Dear valued Ennoverse Customers,
As per our previous communication we mentioned that we will be performing a data center migration on Saturday February 25th 2012. We are pleased to announce that this migration went smoothly. We had little to no issues relating to the migration. Our customer’s services were temporarily moved off of the servers being migrated in the weeks before which prevented mass downtime. In the coming days we will start moving services to the new data center, after we complete post checks and stress tests. So far everything is going to plan!
Regarding third party DNS: Customers that are making use of a third party DNS server (If you aren’t sure if you are then you are probably not). They will need to manually update their records to reflect the new IP for shared hosting.
Old IP: 109.70.147.204
New IP: 87.117.249.40
Regarding Email: Customers that use the SSL connection for POP3/IMAP services will need to use the new hostname. We will be pointing the old hostname to the new hostname but that may still cause issues on some email clients as the SSL certificate will not match.
New SSL hostname: dc01-cps01.uk.ennoverse.net
